Nerve unwinding day... until I received a call from security company about the alarm that went off at Via Santa Rosa home. No biggie, it was a false alarm, the handyman did not read the sign that I posted yesterday. It stated that "THE ALARM IS ALWAYS ON". This is a way TO MONITOR THE PROPERTY!!!! Yesterday the agents said that there were so many break-ins in La Cresta at several expensive estate homes there.....

Now that I had a peaceful morning to calm my nerve and sooth my soul, it's time to go out on the battle field again, going to be making the round at all the listings I have, plus continue working on paperwork, and checking in with all (almost all) my clients <3 <3
